Kailh凯华发表扭簧发声的轴体开关技术声明 资讯

  北京时间2017年11月18日,Kailh凯华公司针对近期扭簧发声的轴体技术(特指巧克力轴Choc Switch)专利抄袭发布官方声明,声明如下:

  “近期我司发现签署专利被他人恶意非法抄袭、盗用、仿冒使用,甚至诽谤我司形象,相关侵权行为严重损害“凯华电子”的正当权益,并造成我司巨大的经济损失。我司已经成立专业的专利维权律师团队维护“凯华电子”的正当权益。具体声明如下:

  东莞市凯华电子有限公司申请的开关发声结构,专利名称:一种产生按压声音的键盘开关,专利号:201621037804.X。该结构包括一基座与一盖子,该盖子盖合于基座上形成一容置腔体,该容置腔体中设置有一按压组件、一弹簧与一导通组件,该弹簧位于按压组件底部与基座之间,且该按压组件上端位于盖子上端,所述按压组件上设置有一按压块,所述基座上分别设置有一导引斜面与一弹性件,该弹性件的一端部位于按压块的正下方,且位于引导斜面的正上方,该按压块位于导引斜面侧边。本实用新型充分利用内部空间,能够在键盘开关尽量小的前提下,使键盘开关在按压过程中具有良好的触感,并使得在按压过程中能够产生声音,解决长期以来超薄键盘开关中由于空间限制无法像大键盘开关一样产生声音的问题,提升用户体验。

  某司最近也公开了一种开关内产生按压声音的方法,我司律师团队审阅光晶体反射式的机械开关的专利文件(专利号201420138728.6)和对比该司专利说明,澄清“开关内产生按压声音的方法”不是该司发明的,该司发明专利的保护范围是“端子导通+扭簧发声的方法,而不是扭簧发声”的方法,该结构复杂,并不是行业内惯用的端子导通结构,而且不具有实质性特点和显着的进步,某司发表的所谓声明,严重混淆视听,误导广大同行业工作者,同时,光晶体反射式的机械开关的专利文件也佐证了“开关内产生按压声音的方法”并不是该司的专利,而是公知技术。

  “凯华电子”所申请的专利技术与该司的专利根本区别是在基座上设置有导引斜面,固定了按键开关扭簧敲打壳体的位置,让按键开关在使用中手感更好,声音统一而清脆。

  “凯华电子”致力于对产品的研发创新,该结构的引用,已经得到市场的广泛认可,绝对不能允许他人恶意非法抄袭、盗用和仿冒使用,也不能容忍他人私自将该专利技术据为己有和诋毁我司,一切的谬论都是站不住脚的,欢迎业内友商关注并且监督,以保行业公平公正健康的发展。如有发现被恶意侵犯我司合法权益,必以法律追究到底!如果因该项专利技术造成我司客户损失,我司也务必追究到底,业内合作伙伴可放心使用。"

  A company recently also disclosed a method of generating a push-in sound within a switch.Our lawyer team review the patent documents of optical crystal reflective mechanical switches (patent no. 201420138728.6) and compared with the patent description of this company ,Clarify that "the method of generating a press sound in a switch" is not invented by this company.The invention patent protecting scope is "terminal conduction + torsion spring producing sound ,not torsion spring producing sound”,The structure is complicated ,not the usual terminal conduction structure in this line ,And it does not have substantive characteristics and significant progress ,The so-called statement issued by this company , cause serious user confusion, misleading the majority of workers in the same industry , at the same time , the patent documentation of optical crystal-reflective mechanical switches also corroborates the "method of generating a push-in sound within a switch"  is not a patent of the company ,It is a well known technique.

TTC是2015年申请的专利。既然大家都有专利,不能井水不犯河水。都觉得对方侵权了,那就只有打官司了。
